Studio Rehab is “out of network” with all insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. This allows more time to be spent one-on-one and provide the highest quality of care. Payment is collected at the time of service in the form of cash, credit card, check, flexible savings accounts or health savings accounts. The plan of care will be individualized to work best for your schedule, lifestyle, and budget.

Your insurance may have “out of network” benefits. Call your insurance provider and ask about coverage for “out of network physical therapy”. Upon request, a “superbill” or itemized bill with all the necessary information will be provided to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. This is the sole responsibility of the patient, Studio Rehab will not communicate with your insurance company.
